NHS FAQ

Clear information. No runaround.

Every vehicle and project is different. If your question is not answered here, send us the details and we will help you determine the next step.

Ask about your vehicle →
01Do I need an appointment?

Please contact NHS before arriving. Booking ahead allows us to confirm availability, understand what your vehicle needs, and set aside the appropriate time for the job.

02Can I supply my own parts?

Customer-supplied parts may be accepted depending on the job. Contact us before ordering or bringing parts so fitment, condition, and installation requirements can be reviewed. Warranty coverage may differ for parts not supplied by NHS.

03Do you install aftermarket parts?

Yes. NHS installs a range of aftermarket and performance parts. Send us the vehicle details, the part information, and your goals so we can confirm fitment and what is involved before scheduling the installation.

04What vehicles do you work on?

We work with daily drivers, enthusiast vehicles, and project cars. Capabilities can vary depending on the vehicle and requested service, so include the year, make, model, and relevant modifications when contacting us.

05Do you mount low-profile tires?

NHS provides tire mounting and balancing services. Send us the tire size and wheel specifications first so we can confirm the equipment requirements, fitment, and availability for your setup.

06Are estimates free?

There is no charge to submit an initial estimate request. Some concerns require hands-on inspection or diagnostic time before an accurate estimate can be provided. Any diagnostic charge will be discussed before that work begins.

07What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are confirmed when your appointment is arranged. If you need to use a specific payment method, please ask before the vehicle is brought in.

08Is there a warranty on labour?

Warranty terms depend on the service performed and the parts used. Applicable coverage will be explained with the estimate or invoice. If you have a concern after service, contact NHS promptly so the work can be reviewed.
